Your satisfaction and happiness is important to us, however, due to the hygiene nature of our product it must be non-returnable. We do offer a full 30-day product replacement guarantee please see following details:
30-Day Product Replacement Guarantee
The FreshFeet Exfoliator is made from high quality materials and is partly hand finished in the manufacturing process. If you find there is any defect in the product, or damage that may have been caused in the delivery process, and which may affect its usage or your satisfaction, please contact us within 30 days of receipt - by email in the first instance.
Please describe the problem, and if possible, provide a digital photo. The digital photo may assist us but is not a mandatory requirement of our replacement product guarantee.
We will first respond back to you by email to clarify the problem. Then, please post the defective product back to us (including original packaging) with your full name and address details. On receipt of the defective or damaged product, we will issue a replacement product at no cost including re-postage and handling from the shipper, and advise you by email that a replacement product has been sent to you and the mailing date.
